Is there a fee?

Yes. 1x per year. According to the directive it is mandatory to pay for the costs. Contribution depends on the size of the vessel.

Is there any limitation (e.g. forbidden type of waste)

All facilities are available to collect all solid waste. As much solid waste as wanted may be deposited. Liquid waste must be paid for separately to the customer.
