Blue Deal is an international programme of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management and all the Dutch water authorities. They work on three essential elements to improve water management: A. Sufficient knowledge & expertise; B. Well-functioning organisation; C. Cooperation with key stakeholders.
