AQUA-LIT at the VLIZ Science Day
AQUA-LIT presented a new poster and the final video!
The Action Plans for the Azores islands, Portugal continental and the Canary islands are out!
In AQUA-LIT we want our results to be used by more stakeholders than those from our 3 sea basin
focus. That's why we studied the aquaculture context of the outermost regions of the Azores and Canary Islands,
and of the Portuguese Atlantic. Based on their context, we focused our transferring of knowledge
into actions and recommendations that apply to their particular state of aquaculture production.

AQUA-LIT is coming to an end, and despite being sad for all the team, we are very proud and excited for
everything we achieved. This is why we decided to make a beautiful recap video summarizing these past 2 years.

Final meeting with sister marine litter projects
Today, on February 11th, EASME organized the “Sustainable Blue Economy: a systemic approach to tackle
Marine Litter” event, to close the EMFF funded projects under which AQUA-LIT was funded.

Aiming to be able to attend events in a post-pandemic world, we have created beautiful stickers to be distributed along
2021 with a QR that takes you directly to our toolbox.
Final consortium meeting
We're not crying, you're crying!
We closed our final meeting and soon our project. But because it's hard to say goodbye, we'll have some activities
beginning of 2021.
